Aral Deganit BWX 220 has an outstanding demulsifying behavior and a distinct adhesion ability. This combination prevents mixing with water miscible cutting fluids. High-quality additives prevent extrusion and/or washing off of the lubricating film during use with water miscible cutting fluids. Thus so-called stick slip movements (reversed slip) are avoided even with high loads, which can impair and in extreme cases determine the tool slide working accuracy. Special characteristics of Aral Deganit BWX 220 are the constant glide behavior, the outstanding adhesion (for horizontal and vertically guide ways), good wear protection as well as the excellent corrosion protection and aging resistance. Aral has successfully subjected this product to the strict requirements of the high-quality standard DIN ISO 9001. This certification has been given by the DQS (German quality certificate agency).
