Deganit BW 100
Aral Deganit BW 100 is a guideway oil that has an outstanding demulsifying behavior as well as a distinct adhesion on horizontal and vertical slideways. For this reason, Aral Deganit BW 100 was included in the Schmidt recommendation list. High-quality additives prevent extrusion of the lubricating film and/or washing off during use with water miscible cutting fluids. As 0 result of these additives, stick-slip movements (reversed slip), which can damage the processing accuracy, and in extreme cases, the sticking of the tool slide can be avoided.
